1. Who we are

The Aircard application ("the App") is operated by DISTRIBUIDORA TRIPCA S.A. de C.V. ("we", "us"), Calle Benito Juárez 11, Villas de San Martín, Chalco, Estado de México, C.P. 56644, Mexico. By installing or using the App you accept these terms.

2. The service

The App provides digital card designs, themes and personalisation features for use on your own mobile device. Content is delivered digitally inside the App. We may update, add or remove content and features at any time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make purchases. You are responsible for the device and the account you use with the App.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Premium content is sold as one-time purchases or as an auto-renewing subscription ("Aircard Plus"). Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payments are processed by our payment providers; charges appear on your statement as DISTRIBUIDORA TRIPCA or TRIPCA.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App and purchased content on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the App or its content, or use it in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its designs and all content remain the property of DISTRIBUIDORA TRIPCA S.A. de C.V. or its licensors. Trademarks of card issuers and payment networks belong to their respective owners and are not affiliated with us.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to consumer rights under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor.
