Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
DISTRIBUIDORA TRIPCA S.A. de C.V., Calle Benito Juárez 11, Villas de San Martín, Chalco, Estado de México, C.P. 56644, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data processed through the Aircard App and this website, in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares.
2. Data we collect
- Account and purchase data: email address, app-store or payment identifiers, purchase history.
- Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports and anonymised usage statistics.
- Content you create: images you import to build designs are processed on your device and are not uploaded unless you choose to share them.
- Support data: messages you send to us.
3. Why we use it
To deliver purchases and subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the App and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe, Apple and Google). We never receive or store your full card number.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the App (payment processing, hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under contracts that protect it, or when required by law.
6. Retention
Purchase records are kept for the period required by Mexican tax law. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
7. Your rights (ARCO)
You may request access to, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hanhle9014@gmail.com. We respond within 20 business days.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
